Yes! All other countries will be dispatched from our Perth studio.

Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, delivery times are as below:
Australia1-3 business days
New Zealand 1-3 business days
United Kingdom 1-3 business days
Europe 2-5 business days
United States 7-14 business days
Other International 7-20 business days

Yes, when you place an order over a certain value which is noted on the shipping page and on website banners.

Yes, you will receive an email providing a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched through Shipit post. You can follow its journey right to your door.

Unfortunately due to security reasons, we are unable to allow public access to our studio.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be able to sign for the package.

If in the case you would like your parcel to be left in a safe spot without a signature, please make a note of this in your delivery details when placing your order.

Please note: we do not take responsibility for orders left without signature.

We send all our orders by Express post. In most cases this means next day delivery excluding remote areas outside the metropolitan area. We cannot guarantee next day delivery.

Returns

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 day return policy on full priced items that are unworn and in original condition.  Your purchase can be returned for an exchange or a 12 month credit voucher.

Please note: Returns are not allowed for 'change of mind' purchases for jewellery on sale, unless you require an exchange for a ring size. All sale items have a note on their product page noting it cannot be returned.

Returns will only be considered if your jewellery is purchased from www.sarahstretton.com.au. We do not offer returns for items purchased from our stockists.

Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders are also not covered.

We recommend contacting the stockist wherein the first instance for a resolution. If they are unable to assist, please contact our customer service team via hello@sarahstretton.com.au so we can assess the situation.

For all repair inquiries, please email us. Please include your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair quote.

All repairs will be complete within 2 months of when we receive them.

Responsibility

All jewelry and accessories are made in-house by our team. 

The diamond industry has in the past been associated with conflict and exploitation, the industry has taken a number of pro-active steps to combat this, most notably in the form of the Kimberley Process (which certifies that diamonds originate from conflict free zones). Through our procurement and polishing division we are subject to rigorous requirements which set out the detailed standards that our procurement and polishing division is required to adhere to in order to maintain its status. Among other requirements there is a focus on supply chain management, provenance claims, child and forced labour and ethical standards generally.
